Catholic New Creation, Inc.
We are Catholic New Creation, Inc., a 501(c) (3) public charity based in Houston, Texas. We were formed in 2002 to assist transitioning offenders back in to society, address the fundamental issues that cause them to commit new crimes and to assist the less fortunate of our neighborhoods. Our proven methodology holistically transforms the newly released offenders by addressing their full spectrum of physical, emotional and spiritual needs while they become servants to their community.
We have opened our first transitional or "half-way" house in Houston, Texas; the Isaiah House project. Our transitioning clients are shown compassion, understanding and love, and are given the opportunity to contribute in a positive way to their neighborhood. Through primary research, we have found that in-prison spiritual and rehabilitation programs that our clients have taken are an excellent beginning in their transformation. These programs establish seeds of direction in the offenders, however, true application and transformation comes to fruition when they are released to the "real world." Catholic New Creation, Inc. guides and instructs its clients through this vulnerable and critical period after release, yet also nurtures and develops the tools that they have obtained while incarcerated. We do not simply act as a temporary bridge that assists a person while transitioning from prison to freedom. We establish a relationship with our clients through our mentoring and aftercare programs which gives our graduates continuous guidance, love and support throughout their lives. We remove the stumbling blocks to our clients' success so they may be transformed into the person whom God intended. Please enjoy our website and we pray that you will partner with us in this altruistic and important endeavor!
